Red Beans and Rice.

Ok- I know this isn't baby food- but I had to sit in my highchair and watch mommy brown some sausage, and make this and it smelled so good. I was getting excited when she was making it!!!   THEN she had the nerve to give me baby food.  So I waited until she and daddy were eating and I yelled at them, and I wouldn't stop. I focus on Mommy because she usually feeds me, and she finally gave me a couple grains of rice- and at first I didn't know what to do. Then I started moving my mouth like they do. Then - just to make a point- I beat both hands on my chest at the same time and yelled- "MMMM". I think they got the point. But they laughed. And I got more. Win for me.

Look what I won!!!! Mommy entered me in a contest from Plum Organics and I won! Today was my 6 month birthday and the package arrived. Mommy took this picture to post on their FB wall to tell them thank you so much. There were 12 pouches of food, three containers of puffs, and a box of fruit snacks. There was a onesie for me, a cute reusable bag and some spoons that attach to the pouches for on the go feeding! But my favorite part was the box and the shredded purple paper. Mommy said she was really happy about the coupons too.

Plum Organics- Apple and carrot

Well- it was orange! It smelled really good- and mommy had mixed in my favorite, oatmeal.  I ate quick again and mommy could tell I liked it.  BUT I was in a good mood- so I blew a few raspberries for fun. Got mommy in the face too- then I laughed because mommy does NOT like carrots, ok, I may not know that yet but it was hilarious!  Mommy and I have a good time when I'm eating.

This was all kinds of GOOD!!!  After the first bite my eyes got all big and I started eating really quick. Mommy mixed in some oatmeal too- because  you know by now that I like my food thicker.  I didn't even blow one raspberry!! I ate really quick and neat and forgot to make any noise even.

*It should be noted that mommy said I won't get this often- she told me this the next day when she was changing my diaper, and my clothes, and her clothes, and then she had to change the cover on the changing pad. I don't know what was going on.

Earths Best- Orange Banana

This was the first time I ever had orange, and it smelled so good that I opened my mouth up as soon as I smelled it!!  Mommy mixed in some oatmeal and "mmmmm" It was super duper good. I ate it down, and made mommy scrape the bowl. There was not a drop on my bib even.  My arms went out like I was flying and I yelled at her when it was all gone.  :(  (ssshhh! Don't tell Keigan but I held some out on him to feed the Gecko, he loved it too!.)

Gerber Organic- Mac& Cheese with Vegetables

This was my first experience with what mommy calls Cheese. All I can say is that  I LIKE IT!!!  I ate it all gone - but I did take the time to spew a few raspberries at  mommy just for fun.  I like to keep her on her toes.  Luckily she knows me well enough to know when I like something.

Gerber Nature Select- Macaroni and Cheese with vegetables

I didn't like this one very much, I was more interested in getting it in my mouth and blowing raspberries so that the food made a pretty pattern on the tray. I ate most of it, but definitely not my top 10. I didn't even make any noises other than- "ppppffffttttt"
