Fishing on the Red River

Daddy and Grandpa took Brennan and Morgan fishing on the river- This is what Sissy caught!!! Yes we will eat these, and I'll get a bite! They rented a boat- daddy took his kayak out later alone.

Since I am the highchair critic- I thought I'd show you the executive chair.  This is where I test drive the equipment and taste the samplings of the baby food world.  It is the Eddie Bauer Classic Wooden Highchair.  Mommy picked this one because our house is small, and if she was going to have to look at a highchair all the time, she was going to like it.

Exciting News!!! Mommy Blogger!

Keigan and I are now a mommy blogging team! Our blog was one of the ones picked by Nuby to test drive their products and report back our findings! We are so excited! (Well, mommy is- Keigan hasn't a clue what I'm saying yet!)  Of course this happened the week we left for vacation- so we'll have to start a weekly test run on Monday!

Earths Best- Pear Carrot Apricot

This is the first one from Earths Best that I wasn't crazy about. I didn't finish it- it was sweet, with a sharp after taste so maybe that is why. But it was really a pretty color, so I spit it out with raspberries and made pretty pictures all over my high chair tray.

Vacation!! Lobo Landing, Heber Springs Arkansas.

Well today we left for a long drive to Arkansas to meet my great grandparents.  All I know is that it was a LONG ride in the boring car. Mommy and daddy say it is a good thing thing that I am a good traveler and don't fuss much.  Even when the air stopped working in the truck. Daddy rolled all the windows down and I had air blowing in my face.  I know I was super excited to get out of the car when we got there! Grandma got us two cabins close to a river at a resort called Lobo Landing.  It was awesome! Lots of open space for me, and room in mommy and daddy's room so that I could sleep in my playpen in there with them. Uncle Matt was there a couple of days and Grandma, Grandpa and Brennan (He's 4 years old, and is their foster son, so he's my Uncle, but sissy doesn't like calling him that, and he calls Matt "Uncle Matt, so it's a little confusing.) The cabin was really clean and had cool furnishings.  Mommy took lots of pictures. It was really hot there, up to 107 a couple of days, so we stayed inside a lot since I don't tolerate heat very well.  The pool had trees around it though, so it was shaded in the morning and late afternoon- so Mommy took me there a couple of times.  Daddy is a fly fisherman, so he went out fishing a lot.  Grandpa, Sissy and Brennan went out one day too. I"ll get to go soon.

Peppermint the Traveling Bear-

Mommy is in a Facebook Group with other women who had babies the same age as me.  They decided to get a bear, name him Peppermint and send him to visit all of us babies. He started off with some friends in Australia, then came to me for our trip to Arkansas. Then we sent him off to Maryland for his new adventure!

Plum Organics - peach, apricot and banana

Plum is my favorite brand of baby food.  I don't think we have found one that I don't like.  This one was nice and sweet and for a change of pace mommy put some barley in it instead of the usual oatmeal.  Barley is goooood.   When it was gone, mommy gave me some puffs to eat while she washed dishes. The start to a good day!
