So... the big people are holding out on me. I am sure of it because Grandma opened my eyes to it. We went somewhere weird to eat last night, and while Mommy wasn't around Grandma gave me this stuff out of a straw. I LOVED IT! I kept wanting more! Mommy said it was Lemonade and it may be to "citrus" for me. Whatever. It was good. I drank as much as they would give me. I'll show Mommy.

Plum Organics- Just Banana's
What can I say. Pureed Banana's and Oatmeal. It was exactly as Mommy expected. Honestly she put some peaches in after a couple of bites, just so I'd eat it. Now that I have had some flavor in my life, I'm not going back to the basics!!

Beechnut Fruities - Pear, Banana and Raspberry
Fruities are designed to be snacks for older kids, but when you add in oatmeal they make a yummy breakfast for ME!!!! There were no other fruits in the ingredients, just lemon juice to preserve it or whatever. I liked it!! It had a tiger on the front, Mommy called him "Tigger" and says he used to be one of Sissy's favorites.

Buddy Fruits- Mango, Passion & Banana
MMMMM!!!! Mommy gave me this for breakfast today with my oatmeal!!!! I loved these flavors!! It was gone too soon though. The ingredients say there was apple in this too, even though the label doesn't say so. Oh well, I liked it just as well!

Cooking with Mommy
Last night mommy was making dinner and daddy wasn't home. I got lonely, so I cried until she brought me into the kitchen with her. She let me sit on the floor and play with my toy monkey. I love being in there and smelling all the good stuff and chewing on my Monkeys tail. It was great. She had two burners going and the stove was clicking and there were even things piled up on the counter for me to look at, and it smelled so yummy. Then it happened. I grunted and a loud noise sounded from behind me. Suddenly I felt all icky and sticky and stinky too. That just did NOT make me happy. So I started fussing and talking to her "mamamama" (That means pick me up. I say it to whoever is around and raise up my hands and usually tit works!)
Mommy stopped what she was doing and picked me up and patted me on the back. Then she said "ewww" When she patted me it sloshed. The next thing I knew I was on the changing table, and she was stripping off my clothes, shaking her head and laughing. Telling me that I was her stinky little boy. She sat me up on the changing table and said, while laughing, that there was poo all the way up to my neck and under my arms. (I knew it felt warm back there) She used about 20 wipes, and plunked me into the tub and out again so fast that I didn't even get to play! Then she put on a clean diaper and popped me back into the crib nearly naked. and ran back into the kitchen. I wasn't in there long until daddy came home, and she still gave me some of her dinner.

Product Review: Nuby Tickle Toes
Nuby sent me this toy to try out and report back what I think of him. But hey, I am only 6 1/2 months old, so I have to admit, at first I didn't know about this guy. He laughs sometimes, and I couldn't figure out where the noise was coming from. I thought it was Mommy at first, then I'd look around trying to see who was laughing, then I figured out it was him and it scared me! I even almost cried a few times and made Mommy pick me up. Then I noticed that Mommy and Daddy laughed a whole lot watching me when I was playing with him so I figured out that he had to be a good guy. Now just a week later, I LOVE him. I like to take him in the car with me and to the store. They sent me a monkey, and that makes me happy. Monkeys are my favorite. I think his tail is awesome, I can hold it and carry him, and I can chew on it. That's my favorite thing to do you know, well that and scream. So now I bite and chew on him a lot, and he doesn't seem to mind- sometimes he even laughs when I bite him on his foot. That makes me laugh too.
**Mommy says- At first I thought "Oh no! He hates it!" but thankfully that didn't last long at all. It has become his favorite toy to take to the store, and has had a quite a few people look at him in his infant seat because of the laughter erupting from it. (The toy, not Keigan!) There are a wide range of these toys to choose from, but we picked the monkey because it went with the jungle theme of Keigan's room. A squeeze of the foot makes the character giggle and chuckle. I liked the fact that the eyes are sown in so that there is no chance of choking- They are available for purchase at Kmart, WalMart and BuyBabyDirect. You can read more about them on the Nuby webite. But for Keigan- a huge love!!!

Beechnut Fruities- Apple, Sweet Potato and Pineapple puree
YUM!!!! This is one of those things that is designed for older kids to snack on, since I get oatmeal in mine- Mommy just shrugs it off. She likes the fact that there are no surprises in the ingredients. I like that it tastes good. :)
